Terms and Conditions

 

All pupils must be possession of a current Learners Permit for Group B on commencement of the course. This is the learners responsibility and fees will not be refunded to a pupil who turns up for a course without the relevant permit.

 

• Insurance: All fees include pupil cover whilst driving the School vehicle

 

• Fees: All courses are subject to a minimum of 14 days notice for any cancellation. The School retains the right to charge a full tuition fee if the above notice is not given. A non-refundable deposit of €150.00 Euro is paid on booking and the balance is due 21 days prior to your course start date.

 

• Payments: We accept payment by cheque, paypal or online bank transfer.

 

• Mobile Phones: All pupils should ensure that these are switched off prior to the start of tuition for safety reasons.

 

 

• Personal Property:College Drive School of Motoring accepts no liability for personal property that is left in any training vehicle or your accommodation.

 

 

• Accommodation: accommodation is on a self-catering basis. On arrival there will be a welcome pack for you and the instructor will offer the possibility of taking you to a supermarket if required. All  bed linens and towels are provided.

  

• In the event of illness of your instructor, we will do our utmost to replace him or re-schedule your course. If this is unacceptable then both your deposit and balance will be returned to you.

 

 

• In the event of mechanical breakdown, we will make every possible effort to replace the car or arrange alternative tuition.
